Purchased a factory of 1500 sqm and went to view and study our first 100 ton production line.
Poly Projects Sdn Bhd was established! Purchase and setup of Poly Projects Sdn Bhd first Production Line and peripherals.
Operation began and the business grew quickly. Within the same year we rented a new warehouse of 500 sqm for storage of trading products and finished goods to provide better and faster service for customers.
Business was still growing and the company purchased 4600 sqm land and constructed a new plant in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
Purchased our second production line and expanded capacity to 200 ton/month.
Purchase our third production line while retiring an old inefficient line Capacity increased to 240 ton/month.
Purchased fourth production line and increased capacity to 400 ton/month.
Acquired ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
With expanding customer base and increased products offering, we have quickly outgrown our Nilai Plant. We purchased a new plot in Semenyih that is 17000 sqm. 4x larger and expected 5x larger built up compared to Nilai plant!
In 2019, Poly Projects Sdn Bhd made a bold move to rebrand our company to PolyPaq Sdn Bhd!
PolyPaq Sdn Bhd’s rebranding is in line with our ambition to be the leading One Stop Centre for Industrial Packaging & Solutions Provider. Today we carry over 10 different group of industrial packaging product groups and over 250 SKUs!
This year, PolyPaq Sdn Bhd will celebrate 10 years of history. We will commence construction of our Semenyih Plant and continue to grow and reach towards our dreams!
Q3 2021, We moved in to our new plant in Semenyih. Now begins the next step of our journey. We will be expanding our capacity and product range to better serve our customers!
The PolyPaq Team went for group vaccination before resuming operation!
Q4 2021, We started our PP (Polypropylene) strapping band production.
