our journey
PolyPaq Sdn Bhd is a 100% Malaysian owned business founded in 2009. We started in a small site in Balakong and has now grown many times over to become one of the leading strapping companies in Malaysia. PolyPaq is now ISO 9001 accredited and exports to over 15 countries all over the world.
Our journey began modestly in a 1,500 sqm factory lot.
We began our journey as Poly Projects Sdn. Bhd. We setup our first PET Strapping line with 1,200 ton/year capacity.
Business grew quickly and we rented another 500sqm warehouse for storage & distribution centre to provide faster and better service to our partners.
Continuing our growth trajectory, we purchased a 4,600 sqm plot of land and commenced construction of our new state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
With expanding customer base and increased products offering, we have quickly outgrown our Nilai Plant.
We purchased a new plot in Semenyih that is 17,000 sqm, 4x larger and expected 5x larger built up compared to Nilai plant.
In 2019, Poly Projects Sdn Bhd made a bold move to rebrand our company to PolyPaq Sdn Bhd!
PolyPaq Sdn Bhd’s rebranding is in line with our ambition to be the leading One Stop Centre for Industrial Packaging & Solutions Provider. Today we carry over 10 different group of industrial packaging product groups and over 250 SKUs!
This year, PolyPaq Sdn Bhd will celebrate 10 years of history. We will commence construction of our Semenyih Plant and continue to grow and reach towards our dreams!
Q3 2021, We moved in to our new plant in Semenyih. Now being the next step of our journey. We will be expanding our capacity and product range to better serve our customers!
Q4 2021, We started our PP (Polypropylene) strapping band production.
